I have been in the industry for over 15 years, and have been lucky enough to previously own a successful espresso bar in Brisbane. I hold a 'Cert IV' in Training & Assessment, and have recently completed the Speciality Coffee Association of America's 'Instructor Develop Program'. I am fortunate enough to travel and work with many young barista's and I love watching both them and the industry evolve.

My favourite espresso machine is a La Marzocco Strada. My preferred filter method is an AeroPress. I love tasting new coffees, though believe the best coffees are shared with family and friends.
